5500 Series Illuminated Pushbutton Switch
The 5500 Series illuminated pushbutton switches are designed for use with dual-in-line package circuits and offer a crisp, tactile feel. These momentary pushbutton switches have a hinged design and are available with none, one, or two LED lights. They have a long operating life of 500,000 cycles. The 5500 Series miniature pushbutton switch operates in temperatures ranging from -25 to 65°C and is electrically rated for 300mA of 12VDC current. The actuator on these switches travels 2.5mm and performs single pole, double throw (SPDT) functions. Applications for these miniature pushbutton switches include but are not limited to:
